COVID-19 INFORMATION

 

Visitor records

Following the recommendations of the HZJZ-a for the prevention of COVID-19 infection, the organizers collect basic data of participants: name, surname and telephone number or e-mail.

Records must be kept 14 days after the conference.

In addition to the above data, we also collect optional data (company name and function) that will help us better adapt the content of the conference to the profile of the participants.

 

EU digital COVID certificate

Only people with an EU digital COVID certificate, to which you are entitled if you have been vaccinated, if you have recently had COVID-19 or have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test, can participate in the conference. A negative test must contain a QR code. More about the negative test below…

 

The negative result of the rapid antigen test must not be older than 48 hours from the moment of taking the swab, and the certificate is issued for 48 hours from taking the sample.

A negative PCR test result must not be older than 72 hours from the time of swab collection, and a certificate shall be issued for 72 hours from the time of sampling.
